The successful applicant will be responsible for administration, staff performance analysis and management, reporting, equipment maintenance and motivating a team of photographers to carry forward the creative direction of the photography department. The role will report directly to the Head of Photography.
The successful applicant will preferably have people management experience and an excellent working knowledge of digital photography with a strong portraiture portfolio. You will have excellent administrative experience including working knowledge of Excel and other IT skills. You will be highly organised, proactive, have excellent communication skills and be capable of following instruction in addition to using initiative.
